Large spare double bedroom in 3 bedroom property

We are two easygoing students at the University of York (one will be in 3rd year, the other in 2nd) looking for a housemate to fill a large, furnished spare double bedroom. The house is very spacious with a comfortable living room and sizeable garden area. It is perfectly situated: right opposite a beautiful park; a 5 minute walk from the university; a ten minute walk from the city centre; and a 1 minute walk from an array of shops and takeaway restaurants, an ATM and a petrol station. We are not at all fussy and will accept anyone as a housemate (as long as you don't plan to blow up the house 🤣). Look forward to hearing from you!
