We are looking for a young female professional or postgraduate student ideally Monday-Friday only but may consider full-time.

Located in a quiet residential street next to the city walls, this large family home is ideally located for a professional person working in the city centre (5 minutes’ walk), the hospital (10 mins) or a postgraduate student at York St John’s University (2 mins) or York University (11 mins by bike).

This tastefully decorated property has all mod-cons e. g. HDTV, Broadband, washing machine/tumble dryer etc. It also has a lovely enclosed courtyard garden.

The house is a second home for myself, my wife and our adult children. Our daughter, who is a PhD student, will be living at the house full-time from later September. Therefore, we are looking for a clean, tidy and respectable tenant to share our home.

We have a comfortable double attic room for rent, with its own sink.

The rent is £450 per calendar month, including all bills except landline phone calls. Or £600 per calendar month if required full-time.

There is on-street permit parking available but this is an additional cost.

No pets, couples, children or undergraduate students, please.
