Right in the heart of Bishopthorpe Road, there are cafes, restaurants and bars, and a range of shops just outside the front door. The city centre and train station are both a 10 minute walk from the house, plus there is the beautiful Rowntree's park and river right on the door step. The house currently has three let bedrooms, a first floor bathroom with bath / shower and toilet, plus a separate shower and WC on the ground floor, so no queuing for bathrooms. Shared living room and ample sized kitchen. To rear there is a private yard with bike storage.

Current house mates, 2 females, there is a very nice vibe in the house, so we're looking for someone who will fit in with the others, someone who will contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy, this is an important factor, if you can't clean up after yourself, then this house isn't for you.
