We've got a double room in a bungalow in Bishopthorpe available to let. We're letting it on a room basis and use the second bedroom for storage. You'd have the place to yourself.

We run a landscaping business, access the garage regularly and will retain access to the garage and driveway.

The semi-detached bungalow has a fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, washing machine, big fridge freezer, microwave and gas cooker. There's loads of safe on-street parking. Bed, settee and TV included.

Monthly rental of £750 includes all bills including water, electricity, wifi, council tax and TV license, payment monthly in advance.
