Upstairs there are three large double bedrooms and the bathroom. There is also off road car parking available. The house is a semi detached house
Including within the monthly rent of £700 is all gas electric, water and council tax bills as well gardener and window cleaner cost.
The street is very quiet and very close to town, train station and hospital (YO30).
Please note that one of the tenant has a cat.
Please also note that the room is available either fully furnished or unfurnished.
If you wish for it to be furnished it would have a large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, double bed and mattress.
