We have a double room in our house share in bootham. There's four of us in the house and we're looking for a fifth person. There are three men and one woman (Me)so we'd like to find another woman to balance things up.
The house is very close to the city and has everything you need, sitting room, wifi, bike shed, yard, washing machine and dryer.
The rent is 340 a month and includes all bills.
We are a sociable group of working adults, who respect each other's space but also have time for each other.
We've sais the minimum term is 6 months, but we're really looking for someone that wants to stay for longer.
