I have a nice clean room to offer to someone who loves peaceful quiet space. My house is close to Uni, many buses available around here. Shops, super market, few take away shops down the street. Lidol 15 minutes walk, town 15 minutes by walk, Coop shop 3 minutes, York Uni is walkable or cycling distance but depend on which compass you are in.
I would not like night shift or night industry worker as come home late night which disturb my sleeping pattern.
I don't mind late coming home occasionally or weekend.
Also non smoker please.
Also I would like someone who is gentle to my cats. They are friendly house cats.
The bills are all included with WiFi except t. v licence as I don't have any t. v in the house.
You have a big garage for your bicycle.
You will have Boshe big fridge and freezer for yourself as I have my own one.
