I own a five bedroom house in York with a double room to let (see below for availability date). The house is located on a quiet street just 1 minute walk from York District Hospital, and 10 minutes walk from York City Center.

The house benefits from a fully fitted kitchen (including stainless steel gas cooker, stainless steel extractor hood, high gloss cupboards, washing machine, microwave, and large fridge freezer). It has a fully tiled bathroom with power shower, and a separate toilet. The lounge has a leather corner sofa, widescreen TV, and laminate flooring.

The room available is:

- Double Room (available from 10th May 2024). Rent £625 per month, all bills included.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, two built-in wardrobes, and a desk and chair.

There is a bathroom (containing a toilet and a basin) on the top floor, giving the house 2 WC's.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating, as well as a rear yard (which gets the sun) with an outbuilding, suitable for bikes. It also has unlimited on street car parking, and unlimited fibre broadband installed.
