I have a five bedroom house in York with a very large attic room to let (see below for availability date). The house is located on a quiet street just 1 minute walk from York District Hospital, and 10 minutes walk from York City Center.

The house has has just undergone a full refurb, including lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, with new furniture, flooring, and paint throughout.

The house benefits from a fully fitted kitchen (including gas cooker, stainless steel extractor hood, high gloss cupboards, washing machine, microwave, and large fridge freezer). It has a fully tiled bathroom with power shower, and a separate toilet. The lounge features a large sofa and chair, industrial style shelving, widescreen TV with an Amazon Firestick, and laminate flooring.

- Large Attic Room (available from 22nd June 2025). Rent £730 per month, all bills included.

This huge room comes fully furnished with a double bed, storage cubes, clothes rail, and black out blinds. There is also an additional sofa bed, perfect for when you have guests.

There is a bathroom (containing a toilet and a basin) on the top floor, giving the house 2 WC's.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating, as well as a rear yard (which gets the sun) with an outbuilding, suitable for bikes. It also has unlimited on street car parking, and unlimited fibre broadband installed.

I'm very pleased to say that the current housemates are super friendly, considerate to each other, and are all very clean and tidy - they keep the house looking amazing as you can see in the video tour!
