We are looking for another professional female to join us two professional females, Titus (tortoise) and Lily (cat), in a lovely 3 bedded terrace house in South Bank, York.

We are quite a sociable house and enjoy eating together, watching films and exercising together when we have free time. (but we are not a party house). We also enjoy being active and are environmentally minded, and so are looking for a like minded person.
We like to think of our house as our home, rather than a shared house.

The house is situated between the River Ouse and the Racecourse, close to Bishopthorpe Road shops.

This means we are within walking distance of the The City Centre and the University.
There is a direct bus service from our street to town and the train station.

The house also comprises of another x2 bedrooms, x1 living/dining room, x1 living room, a downstairs bathroom, kitchen and back yard with brick bike shed. There is permitted on street parking outside the house and free on street parking on the surrounding streets (30 metres away).

It is a double room. There is a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and an extra electric heater.

Rent is £445PCM.

Bills are currently £155PCM (We split these equally 3 ways), this includes Council Tax, Water, Gas and Electric, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix and monthly window cleaning.
