Absolute bargain for the size of the house

Huge king size room in 4 bed semi...i have A dog already and I have my kids 1 nyte per week so to be considerate around that other than that it's A very quite street literally 3 houses and that's it... complete off street parking and A garden the size of the local park which is great in summer...very modern house...brand new refurb throughout last November. new kitchen bathroom and carpets too so looking f9r A very clean and tidy house mate too thanks,
