Spacious Double Room in a Quiet Household

We have a large furnished room available in our home in a quiet suburban development in the Barton Seagrave area - 5-10 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from Kettering town centre for £550, bills included.

We're looking to share our home with someone who fits with us - we'll be living in with you so finding someone who shares a similar outlook would be ideal!

A little about the room -
This is a townhouse, so the room is on the top floor (2nd) and has ample room for various bits of furniture (Currently furnished with Bed, TV, Bedside table with a wardrobe on the way). The view from the room looks out over a large open green space. There is Air conditioning to this room and all others!

There's 3 bathrooms, one on each floor (1 shower, 1 bath, 1 ground floor toilet room). There is a living room on the first floor, Kitchen on the ground floor that opens onto a medium sized patio/garden. We have a dedicated gym room downstairs with cycling, rowing and weight machines that is fully air conditioned so you can get some exercise in when you come home from work! There's a dedicated parking space for 1 more car available. Any other queries about the layout, let me know!

A little about us -
Myself and my partner Scott moved to the area almost 6 years ago now. I work at Kettering General, while Scott works in F1. We have 2 cats here with us, so being ok around animals would be a good start. We are looking for similar professionals who want a close-knit place to live!

We're happy to look at both long term and shorter term living situations (Preferably minimum 3 months). No other pets (Ours doesn't really get along with others!) and no smokers please.
