Modern double room with own bathroom

I have a modern and well presented double bedroom for rent in my townhouse.

The room itself is on the first floor and comes with an oak frame bed and bedside drawers/lamps and a fitted triple wardrobe with shelving.

I live here too but have my own en-suite bedroom.

There is a fully fitted kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space. The Living room area serves as a work space for me during the week .

I also have a low maintenance garden with summerhouse and garden furniture.
