In my beautiful house I have a spare double bedroom for you… it’s currently unfurnished other than blinds and curtains. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture, we can arrange for the room to be furnished if required. The furniture in the pictures is not included, it’s just to give you an Idea on how big the room is. There is space available for a desk if needs be.
My kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, air fryer, oven/hobs, fridge/freezer and also a washing machine.
I have a driveway which will be shared with myself.
The bathroom is also shared with myself, taking in turns weekly to clean it.
Bills are included within the rent price, this includes:
-Gas&electric
-Water
-TV licence
-Broadband
-Council Tax
I am a huge lover of dogs, so you must be okay with having dogs in the house every now and then.
All I ask from you is to be clean, tidy and respectful.
