I am looking for a respectful, tidy, professional lodger to share my three-bedroom home in the Hanwood Park development, Barton Seagrave.

The room available is a double room with bed and built-in wardrobe/storage space. The house features a modern kitchen, lounge, downstairs WC, private garden, parking and a shared bathroom. (I have an en-suite and tend to use that exclusively — so you’ll effectively have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time).

The development is quiet with green spaces, walking paths, and easy access to the A14 and Kettering station (direct to London St Pancras). Local shops and amenities are a short drive away.

I'm looking for someone who values a calm and clean environment. I’m friendly, easy-going, quiet and appreciate mutual respect and consideration.

Some House Rules:

• Please remove outdoor footwear when entering the house
• Eating only in the designated area (kitchen or at dining room table)
• No anti-social behaviour
• Keep shared areas clean, tidy and respect quiet hours
• Overnight guests, including partners/significant others, are not permitted—this helps keep the home calm and respectful for everyone

Rent & Details:

• £600 per month (bills included)
• £600 deposit
• Paid on time
• Council tax band C
• Lodger fees are subject to review
