The house is in a quiet village location and is close to bus routes into Kettering and Corby and then direct line railway station to London and Crewe. The village has 2 pubs/rests, a cricket club and active pavilion, easy direct walking access to Fermyn Woods Country Park, which has a cafe, a co-op store with free withdrawal cash dispenser, a hairdresser, a surgery, a village hall that hosts many activities from dance classes to cinema and other community activities.

The other facilities include unlimited use of Superfast broadband, landline telephone (UK Only), Bathroom with shower, Lounge with TV, PS3, Netflix, Kitchen, with fridge/freezer, washing machine and all you would expect in a kitchen.
