This lovely double furnished bedroom comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair, washing basket, double bed (with storage space underneath), bookshelf, tallboy (tall chest of drawers), two lamps and a large mirror. Items can be taken out upon request. The room faces the garden and is quiet.
The rest of the house includes access to a shared bathroom (upstairs), kitchen and lounge (with dinning table), a downstairs loo and garden. The lounge includes a large sofa and pouffe (that can be used as seating), TV with freeview, coffee table and dinning table with four chairs. The Kitchen includes a kettle, microwave, toaster, oven with grill and hob- half the fridge, freezer and cupboard space will be made available for food storage.
The house is a semi-detached new-build (less than two years old) property on a quiet street in Burton Latimer. There is also a shared drive for parking.
I am a 32 year old professional and am looking for a female who is likewise needing to share ideally Monday to Friday (though I would consider full weeks if the person was right).
