Room to rent

Hi I am Claire and I have a room to rent in my house, the room will come furnished with a bed, other things can be added to make it how you wish.
You will have your own bathroom that you will only use.
There is a toilet down stairs also.
I have a French bull dog so would need to know he is safe around you.
He is a good dog.
There is a nice garden that can chilled in and a garage that will be turned in to a gym eventually.
There is parking for 2 cars also.

I working Monday to Friday so will be about at the weekends.
I have a very tidy home, it’s cleaned almost everyday when home from work.
There will be a shared living area but there is also a living space in the kitchen that can be used as another Livingroom.
