Furnished double room

Double room available in lovely, clean, detached, new build house in Burton Latimer. 5 minute walk to the town centre. You will share with a couple and their pets plus our two other lovely housemates. Our pets are: two dogs, 2 guinea pigs and some outdoor rabbits. We would consider a couple but the weekly price would then be £95 for the room instead of £75 for single occupancy. We would also consider a housemate bringing some pets e. g. a well behaved dog if it could get along with ours or a small furry that could go in the garden or our study. There is parking space on our drive plus garage space for any storage. You will share the main bathroom with our other 2 housemates plus there is a downstairs WC too. The house has broadband, Sky and you would be very welcome to share the kitchen, lounge, garden and dining areas.
