Lovely double room in spacious Georgian house

I have a lovely furnished double room, in a beautiful Georgian house, on the edge of a lovely country village.

The village is very friendly, surrounded by beautiful countrysides, has a lovely large park with lots of sporting and recreational facilities and lots of really good country pubs within easy reach. I live 20mins from the M1 and 15 mins from the M40; and there are two railway stations (Banbury and Long Buckby) around 15mins away.. Lots of lovely places nearby such as Oxford (20 mins on train); Leamington Spa (25 mins drive); Stratford-upon-Avon (45 mins drive); and a range of lovely Cotswold villages and towns ( 35 mins away).

The room is very tastefully decorated, has plenty of wardrobe space and own TV. Very clean and pretty, with lovely accessories, creating a calm and cosy space. There is also a large drive with plenty of parking space.

I share the cutest Schnoodle with my ex-partner, but she generally only stays over at weekends.

I love cooking, drinking wine, watching comedy and am generally a very positive, optimist; so if you are moody, unfriendly and cynical, please do not apply, as I am looking for a housemate who is generally positive about life; likes a laugh and a chat along with the odd glass of wine or two! X
