House includes huge kitchen, living room, dining room, gym, pool, hot tub and sauna all used regularly. storage available in garage, big garden for BBQ and party's. neighbours are ok, never complain about noise etc. landlord is perfect, gets things sorted straight away. we all work so house is always very buzzing with people round etc. House has everything you need, bedroom is unfurnished.
