Double room can turn single room into living room

3 bedroom property.
Want someone considerate, easy going personality and likes dogs. I have a 6yrs old jack Russell x pug. Good with children and with other adults. Children also welcome to stay either full-time or part-time.
Bills are to be paid separately 50/50 or as discussed.
I have a sofa bed, side unit, mirror with table and chair already in the double room for until your able to furnish yourself.
If your in need of urgent housing I will let the rent up front be paid at the end of the first week.
I do need the occupant to help with looking after the garden as I have ill health.
