Single bedroom offered in a family home

Our lodger is moving out so we are now looking for someone to take his room.

We are a family of five with a dog and we are renting out our single furnished room in our family home. The room has built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a single bed and a bedside table. The house has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space and a separate living room so plenty of space for our new lodger to have their own space. The lodger would have parking for one car, space in the garage, a shared bathroom and an outdoor patio which can be used.

We are both working professionals with one of us working from home and the other travelling to work.

We are looking for someone who is happy to be in a busy family environment but also likes their own space. Our last three lodgers have been parents who have had their kids round to stay at weekends which is also an option for future lodgers for an extra charge. We will consider another dog if they get on with our dog - price can be discussed.
