I'm afraid I am not willing to rent to couples, families, or those with dependants/pets.

The room for rent the main bedroom including a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers & a bedside cabinet (plenty of storage), desk and office chair.

The kitchen/living area is open planned. Kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances including an integrated dish washer.
Living area has a TV along with sofas.

Utility room has a Samsung washing machine.

You also have a balcony and there is on street parking, there is also access via electric gates & you only have access to by using a fob.

There is lift access, cameras on both the main gate and the main door to the building for your safety & security.

There is also a local Tesco Express a 2 minute walk from the apartment, 10 minutes from the A14 and just a 5 minute drive to the town centre.
