Private quiet flat for a single person - double bed, small Kitchen, Living room. Kitchen has a Breakfast bar, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine, Induction hob and Microwave/Convection oven. Fast internet, gas central heating. Recently redecorated. You share a bathroom/shower with 1 tenant. Electric is on a meter. All other bills - gas, council tax, internet are included. All nationalities welcome as long as you are nice. Present tenants are Latvian and Lithuanian ladies - both very nice people who speak excellent english. You must be in full time employment and respectful to neighbours regarding noise. It is a very good area - 3 minute walk from Studfall shops and Thoroughsale woods.
