Double room in a quiet area.

I have a double room to rent to a professional quite person. I'm doing the house up at the minute, so please don't expect a palace, it is however clean and respectable. Potential lodgers would have total privacy of their room and sharing access to the living room, bathroom and kitchen. All bills are covered (except if you run up an excessively high landline bill) and if you'd like a meal each weekday night a small extra fee could be negotiated.
