Double Room with Wifi

I have a good sized double bedroom available to let NOW!!!

Room comes with double bed, tv, chest of draws and bed side cabinets. Fridge is also optional.

All bills are included in the price including wifi. This is a room only let with the applicant having access to bathroom and kitchen facilities.

There is a young cat that lives in the property that is friendly and will not interfere with your living space.

Applicant must be in full time employment and hold an up to date passport as proof of ID. A security Deposit of £200 and 2 weeks rent in advance to be paid the day of moving in.
