Room for rent, Corby

I am a live in landlord 26yrs old and work full time. I'm the only person in the house looking for someone to make use of my spare room. I don't mind if male or female. The house is newly redecorated and the room is furnished. It's 2 min walk from shops and a 10 min walk from town. It has a double bed but I'm only looking for single person. It's £80 per week including bills which also includes tv/wifi. Basically you would have to sort out food. I have said yes to smokers but house is no smoking. I would also request 1 week deposit.
