Double room

I have a lovely double room, available end of March 2022 within my home, 1 minute walk to local shops, which includes barbers, hairdressers, Chinese, awesome fish and chip shop, convenience shop and pharmacy. Bus stops very conveniently 1 minute walk away, very regular buses to the town centre. I would like a working person/s who is/are trustworthy, I will consider a working couple, but rent would be £140 a week. We are easy going people to get along with. The room has been recently decorated. The room also has a fridge freezer. You would have use of the main (shared) bathroom and obviously cooking and washing facilities in my home. Garden usage also available. Smoking outside only.
