It based in NN5 7AH so close to rail links and M1 J15 & 16

Some lovely park, lake & woodland walks nearby as well as all the major shopping stores, plenty of gyms and the Sixfields cinema and restaurant park.

This is a female ONLY property.

There is a dedicated Shower room just outside the rooms which acts as a shared space but if practically an en suite to the rooms.

Room has just had new carpets and is freshly decorated.

Room is listed at £625 inc all bills and fibre broadband.

For an additional £50 per month (£675 total) we can provide private off street parking via our driveway to cctv monitored 3x car parking area but tbh there’s never an issue parking in the street as a rule (we’re close to Franklin’s Gardens so its only on rugby match days it can get busy for those few hours).

We are a very friendly respectful bunch but your free to interact or keep yourself to yourself as much as you like 😊, gamers and puzzlers seem to fit in well (it’s not a party house, more for relaxing and quiet life).

I would like to hear a bit about prospective tenants before we set up any viewings, I find some of the bios can be very short on here and we’re all for finding the right fit to add positively to the house dynamics ☺️ so info on hobbies, work, reasons for looking to move etc etc…

If you have your own furniture and looking for long term we can accommodate with unfurnished.

The rooms are exclusively yours the only shared spaces are the kitchen and shower room.
