We are in a lovely area of Northampton called Dallington, located on Holyrood Road, Nn5 7ah, it’s a lovely big Victorian town house.

We have 2 girls staying here at the moment looking for a 3rd.

We’re an 8 min walk from the train station.
15/20 min walk to town centre and 7 min drive to either J15 or J16 on the M1
We’re also close to a selection of, gyms, entertainment options and short drive to large woodland and lakeside walks (Harlestone firs or six fields lakes) and plenty of shopping options from M&S to Lidl, B&M to Boots.

This space is available from 1st March 2026 (maybe earlier - current lady is just awaiting job promotion/transfer start date), we’re after a certain type of female to fit in nicely with the house dynamic.

We’re looking for a quiet respectful ladies who enjoy a friendly household, someone who likes their own space and who’s loud music and party days are behind them, age is not important (we have a 25yr old who’s a recruitment consultant and a mon-fri lady who works for an F1 team at Silverstone and travels back home at the weekends).

The room is very large, there is a shared kitchen where we do all our passing chit chat conversations, theres a bespoke shower room. The house has a very large garden including hammock area for the summer and usable greenhouses, bbq’s etc.

Would consider someone with a small pet depending on what it was (no dogs unfortunately ).
