Converted barn in quiet village - double bedroom

A beautiful renovated barn in the heart of a village. The barn is an old Cow Shed and sits in a gorgeous courtyard. It is very quiet here!

The property is very 'quirky' for want of a better word, and has been renovated to a very high standard and style (the floor in the lounge is still being done but should be completed by mid august but no noisy work left to be done).

The bedroom is a gorgeous double height room with triple closet, and space for a desk too.

The property is L shaped and my room is right at the other end of the barn, so we will not be living on top of each other. I have my own en-suite, so except the odd occasional visitor you will have the main bathroom to yourself.

There is a large kitchen that has all the usuals, I am an avid cook so have very good quality goods and gadgets, inc Ninja Airfryer and bean to cup coffee machine. There is a also a large open plan lounge and dining area to share.

There is a stunning landscaped south facing tropical garden that is also communal, this has a bbq area, outdoor eating, fire pit and pizza oven.

It really is a one off place to live. I have 4 parking spaces and only use one, so if you have guests they can park.

You will be sharing the property with myself and my gorgeous and extremely friendly dog, she is a Rottweiler and really is a big softy. I would welcome someone with a well behaved dog of any size, that gets on with other dogs and doesnt chew the furniture ;-)

I work from home next to my bedroom away from the communal areas, and travel often with my work.

There is a fantastic community here, and a local pub, convenience stores are walking distance, and town is a 5 minute drive or a 25 min walk. Saints Grounds are 20 mins away too!

I have no objections to you having friends over and using the space, as long as I get some notice and have nothing else planned.
