We have a room (it's actually 2 rooms, double bedroom with vanity sink and your own lounge.

Available late August/early September.

It's located on NN5 7AH, 5 mins from M1 J16, 5-10min walk to both the train station and town centre.. walking distance to both discount and mainstream supermarkets..

Both rooms have furniture but happy to remove if you'd prefer to bring your own..

Our current lady is moving to Yorkshire (she's was a lecturer at Moulton college)..

On street parking…

We're looking for another female (only), any age (existing tenants is 23), working, quiet (as in not clubbing every weekend, more of a cosy tranquil safe and respectful home rather than a party house)...

Non smoker, 4 week deposit (plus that months rent advance).


Would welcome small pets (a previous tenant had house cat 😊 so something similar is fine)

We would also happily take a mon-fri Tennant for a slightly reduced rate (will discuss if interested)..
