Middlemore is fantastically positioned for proximity to Long Buckby (3. 8 miles), Rugby and Northampton train stations and yet is on the edge of Daventry, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk, or there is a regular bus service. It is 10 minutes from the M1. The house itself is also walking/cycling distance from Hartlands Business Park and the new Icon building.
There are lovely walks across fields to canalside pubs and the estate itself has a shop and a pub which serves food.
