Double Room, Bills included

I have a spare double bedroom, In a newly bought home so your room will be free to decorate how you like. I'll be buying all new furniture and a new matress.

Looking for £500/month bills included with high-speed broadband.

I want somebody who is clean, tidy and respectful.

Preferably, I would like someone longer term who can also call it home, someone who can be social but also likes their own space from time to time.

I work in Bicester and occasionally from home in infrastructure, so I can be flexible with any support you may need.

There is plenty of on-street parking available.

The house will also be subject to improvements over time as it is a new purchase.
