The tenant will have access to;
1. A shared bathroom containing a sink, bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity cabinet. This bathroom is shared with 1 other person.
2. A laundry room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an airer.
3. A shared kitchen containing a cooker, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer and dining table.
The tenant will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the shared areas after use.
This is a room to rent in a family home that contains 3 people, 3 large dogs and 1 cat. The tenant will have access to the living room and garden but must be made aware that the pets are generally contained in this area and therefore will not be alone when in these locations.
Any potential lodger would be expected to adhere to the following house rules;
1. No parties.
2. No shoes on any carpeted area of the house.
3. No business must be conducted from the property.
4. No illegal activities.
5. No smoking inside of the property.
6. Under no circumstances is the lodger allowed to decorate the bedroom.
7. The lodger must not nail, glue, tac, hang or stick any poster or picture to any wall in the bedroom.
8. The lodger must maintain the cleanliness of their own room regularly.
9. The lodger must report any damage, or breakage immediately.
10. The lodger must give prior notice for any guests and those guests must not stay longer than 2 days without permission.
