I am a live-out landlord with two rooms available in my house in Farnborough Drive in the Middlemore area of Daventry, close to a shop and bus stop.

Room 1 - Ground Floor Single Room
Room 2 - Top Floor Double Ensuite Room - single occupancy only.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV license and broadband.

There is a communal kitchen diner in the house, equipped with an oven, fridge and separate fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.

There is a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

All communal areas in the house are cleaned periodically.

There is a garden, off-street parking and lockable bicycle storage available.

Room 1 - Ground floor single room fully furnished with a comfortable bed, bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the room.

Room 2 - Double Ensuite room fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, two draw cabinet, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the room. Private ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet.
