Daventry is a lovely small town with good road links to the North and South. There is a train station just 3 miles away at Long Buckby which can be reached by bus.

Daventry has a cinema, a leisure centre and swimming pool and lots of independent style shops.

The room is a downstairs double and in a quiet, respectful and clean house 2 minutes walk from town the house has a garden and seating area. The room comes partly furnished with a bed base and one drawers if required.

I am aiming for a House share of 4 people in a beautiful town house in Daventry. Although there is one bathroom this does not create issues so far.

There is a Lodger agreement that states no overnight guests. House is strictly non smoking and housemates need to clean and tidy after using the communal areas.

There is a long garden – approx 40 x 15 ft with decking and table and chairs.

The cost of the room covers rent, utilities (gas & electric), council tax, water and internet..

Bathroom has a big bath and a separate shower.
