Large single furnished room in a homely 3 bed semi, within a very light and airy home. The area is very quiet, established and safe, private area (non built-up estate), very close to the town centre (10 minute walk), which provides all necessary shops and amenities.

Kerb parking/street parking. Free wi-fi. Access to the shared bathroom, kitchen (plus white goods and utensils), dishwasher, downstairs wc and garden.

Garden area. Free Wi-Fi. Bed, bed linen, towels, wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk/table and chair. Room backs onto the garden which is not over looked.

Ideally a person who is clean, child friendly as I have a sociable 10 year old.

Centrally located with easy access to nearby countryside and all Motorway links. Only 3 miles from the nearest train station (Long Buckby) that has free parking. Links to the South and North.
