Three bed-roomed, nice and cosy house about 10 mins. from town centre. Single room is furnished with single-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, a chair and there is a shared bathroom room with shower. A nice kitchen, a washing machine and a micro-wave oven and a frigde. You can cook your own food or buy from take-away restaurant, which is only round the corner of the house. This a nice and friendly house. No dogs or cats allowed. There is broad band. No DHSS. Need professional gentlemen who works full-time.
You can use the conservatory area to read books or papers.
