I own the property and live here with my big, soppy and friendly dog.
All bills are included and there is sky unlimited broad band.
If you would like sky multi room it is available and ready you will just have to pay the extra £10. 25 a month a re activate it.
The room comes with a bed, side table and wardrobe and the bathroom is just next door shared with me only

I also have a cleaner once a week (she can change ur sheets and clean ur room for a small extra fee should you require) the house is kept immaculate and clean at all times! Your room is your room and there will be a lock on the door.
There is parking just out side the house on the very quiet estate.(the driveway is for my cars unless I tell you otherwise)
I'm looking for a professional working person who is clean, tidy and does not mind dogs.

On the day of moving in a £400 deposit will be required as well as one months rent (the deposit will be given back once the room is vacated and all keys are handed back, this will also be done via bank transfer )
this is not a house share I am simply renting a room with use of kitchen, bathroom washing facilities and the gym equipment.
