Generally to keep the Accommodation clean and tidy such as removal of shoes and to be respectful of the space.
Excessive Weekly Cleaning Requirements will be additionally charged.
🛏 Accommodation caters for Corporate Professionals or Placement Employees who require single occupancy only.
We like to get to know our Applicants before arranging a viewing for the benefit of all participants such as:
Proof of Employment and Photo ID is required.
Documents requested by us of proof must be provided.
Reference procedure abide by a strict criteria to offer peace of mind to all.
All Executive Room reservations are subject to satisfactory references and are at our discretion.

A non-refundable Holding Deposit of £150 is charged for Companies and Individuals and is payable upon Reservation of a Room.
A refundable Booking Fee is payable and is to be held to cover any additional costs and any incidental damages. This is a minimum of £500 for one month's stay or more.
