Double bedroom available to rent in a newly decorated Victorian terraced three bedroom house in Desborough.

The bedroom room has recently been decorated, is bright and airy. There is a king size ottoman-style bed, double wardrobe, dressing table with stool, IKEA Kallax 6 cube storage unit and bedside drawers, however, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. It’s had a new carpet and curtains fitted.

You will have shared use of a newly decorated shower room, shared use of a lounge with wood burning stove, dining room/second living room, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs toilet (this could be for your sole use if required).

Additional benefits such as broadband and all bills (including council tax) are included in the rent. The room is available on short-term rental agreement of at least 3 months, with no maximum term.

You will be sharing the house with my fairly quiet, friendly 21 year old son who works full time as a motor sports mechanic during the week and works away a lot of weekends throughout the spring and summer. I am relocating for a new job at the beginning of October so it’d be good for him to have someone to share the house with. I am planning on using the single bedroom to store my belongings in.
