Double room to rent in lovely home

I have a part furnished double bedroom to rent in our semi detached house in desborough. There isn't a bed but i'm sure i can get one if it's needed.
Great for commuters as close to market harborough and kettering train stations.
Couple or single welcome.
Communal kitchen and bathroom and lovely garden.
No off road parking but plenty of room on the street.

My current house mate is moving out to go back home and I'd like to fill the room.
I have a dog, she's an alsatian X collie so she's fairly big and hairy but I'm looking to re-home her, it's a long story!
I work two jobs and have a pretty active social life so it's rare that i'm actually at home.
I'm outgoing and friendly and would love a house mate who's the same. Always up for a glass of wine in the sunshine & a good old gossip!
