Double bedroom with private living room

We are a very easy going couple and are looking for a tenant who is tidy, polite and friendly to share our 4 bedroom town house at The Grange in Desborough

The room we are renting is a double bedroom on the ground floor with the use of a separate private living room which has a plasma TV and use of Sky Multi Room.

There is also a utility room on the ground floor with a private fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster as well as the use of the shared kitchen on the 1st floor.

There is a toilet on the ground floor and the main bathroom complete with shower is on the 2nd floor and as we have an en-suit in the main bedroom the bathroom is for the sole use of the new tenant.

There is also a private car parking space and wireless BT Infinity Broadband.
