Double room with own bathroom and living room

I have a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, its own bathroom which includes bath, shower and toilet and its own living room to rent for £100 a week including bills. The house also has a garden, garage and off road parking. It will also have use of the kitchen which has a double cooker, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer and microwave so everything you will need. The house also has wi fi and TV facilities. The house is a big 4 bedroom detached house in quiet cul der sac and has lots of living space as I am the only other person living in the house.
Ideally looking for someone to move in anytime in February who is easy going, easy to live with and tidy.
