There is a large communal sitting room and dinning area for you to relax and unwind in, along with a separate kitchen with plenty of cooking area, storage and fridge freezers and utility with two washers and two dryers, so plenty of space and facilities for everyone to use. There are beautiful gardens with wonderful views to enjoy for either a barbecue or just to sit and take in.

For those green fingered of you there are extensive vegetable gardens to the rear of the property that you grow your own fruit and veg.

All utilities, coucil tax and broadband is included and the communal areas are cleaned twice a month. Deposit schemes available subject to referencing.
