Hi! 👋We’re a friendly professional couple who enjoy a peaceful home environment. We live in a spacious, welcoming house in Duston, Northampton, and are looking for a clean and tidy lodger to join our home. Short or long term stays welcome - we’re flexible!

- Fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, and a built-in large double wardrobe
- Private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Large, bright window with plenty of natural light
*Option to have it unfurnished at a lower rate, if preferred*

🏡 The House & Shared Spaces
- Shared kitchen with your own private under-counter fridge. dishwasher and washing machine included.
- Bi-weekly cleaner for kitchen
- Access to the garden
- Optional private living room with a sofa available for an extra cost if you’d like your own lounge - just £60 pcm more.
- All bills included (within reasonable use)

🐾 Pets
We don’t have pets, but we’re open to a well-behaved dog - we’re both from dog-loving families!

📍 Location
Our home is in a peaceful residential area of Duston (NN5) - a friendly, well-connected part of Northampton. You’ll find local shops, cafes, and parks just a short walk away, and larger supermarkets and retail parks are nearby. It’s great for commuters too, with easy access to the M1 (Junction 16) and regular bus routes into Northampton town centre and the train station. Plenty of parking available. Convenient commuting distance to Daventry, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Kettering, Wellingborough, and Banbury

👥 About Us
We’re a couple in our mid-20s who enjoy running, the outdoors, cooking and live sport. We’re often busy and out most weekends, and during the week we like to unwind with a relaxed, quiet evening at home. We’re looking for someone friendly and tidy who’d fit in nicely with our easygoing lifestyle.
