The house is situated close to all amenities with easy access to Northampton Town Centre, train station and the M1.
We are a small friendly family and regularly have a dog in the house as we do dog sitting, so please bear this in mind.
The room is available on a Monday - Friday basis, (arriving back on a Sunday evening is fine). May consider a 7 day let if its for a fixed period, the rent would be adjusted for this. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
