Furnished Double Room Bills Included

Hello!

I am a professional female with a room to rent in my house on a Monday to Friday basis. It is in a quiet, relaxing area which is not far from Town.

It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp.

The house has a kitchen diner and a living room downstairs and a bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which would be yours. The third bedroom is a single with a desk in in - I use this for guests and as an office.

All bills included, including internet.

There is off-street parking available. It is not far from the local pub 'The Sevens', Sixfields retail park (Chiquitos, Bella Italia, Firejacks, Hungry Horse, Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi, M&S, Next, Costa, Nuffield Health, The Gym, Tenpin Bowling, Cineworld, McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell, Five Guys, Northampton Town FC) and the Saints rugby grounds.

I work from home and like to relax during the week, go to the gym, watch tv & cook.
