Ideally located just a 15 mins drive from Brackmills or Wellingborough at the other end and a further 5 mins drive to the M1/J15 and Grange Park. There is a good bus service to/from the village to the town centre, Rushden Lakes and Milton Keynes.

The property has a very large garden, almost half an acre, with views over the open fields / village cricket grounds. There are shops locally – a 5 minute drive, independent shops include barber / hair-dresser and Co-op plus 3 friendly village pubs (two of which serve hot food). Great space for jogging / keep fit exercise.

The only other occupants are the professional owner couple. A cleaner ensures the house remains in a tidy state and may be available to meet specific requests [at a cost] regarding washing / ironing. This is ideal for a professional travelling from home to work locally Mondays to Fridays.
